Week 1, Day 2
Completed my first resistance training last night, and WOWEE – I didn’t know 7 minute rounds could feel so long!
Circuit A was jump squats, squats, walking weight lunges, and knee ups. My leg were burning after Circuit A just from the jump squats! Circuit B was X jumps, burpees, weight step ups, and medicine ball squats and press ups.
I lovvved it! I was dripping with sweat after the 28 minute circuits, and today I am feeling it in my legs for sure.
I ate really well yesterday, with minimal snacking and just eating good food whenever I felt hungry, which wasn’t very often. There is no way I am restricting calories to some insane amount, or only eating raw to 4pm or whatever other rad diets there are out there .. I’m just going to make better choices at each meal, and really concentrate on not snacking out of boredom or habit.
I’m doing another resistance training tonight, even though it’s only supposed to be LISS, because I’ll be going to boot camp for my LISS which is on a Wednesday night. I think I’m a little crazy for doing another resistance after yesterday, but oh well, we shall see!
