YOU GUYS – I’m officially over half way! What a feeling – I’m on the homeward stretch! When I first started I knew this would be hard; nothing great ever comes to us easy. We have to continually work for it in order to achieve our goals.
It’s only been 6 weeks, but I know I’ve made a lifetime change. My eating habits have drastically changed; no more after dinner snacking, I always have breakfast and start my day right to kick start my metabolism, and I make better choices when it comes time for something sweet. This alone is one reason I am so thankful I started BBG.
From Weeks 5 onwards, Kayla definitely kicks it up a notch. I think I almost cried when I realised the reps for burpees increases from 10 to 15. Who would’ve thought that x5) additional reps could hurt so bad?
I definitely shed a tear when I realised that jump lunges increase from x20) reps to x30) reps – those last x10) lunges really get you!
I just wanted to say a huge congratulations to anyone who is starting, who is halfway, or who is doing BBG for their x123) time; you guys are all amazing, and I’m so thankful we’ve all decided to make this lifestyle change together!
