Do you guys have days where you can see heaps of progress, and then other days where you see none?
I think it has a lot to do with hormones, especially where you are at in your cycle.
I mean, some days I can barely see any progress at all, but yesterday after I did interval sprints for HIIT, I got home and it was like my abs had popped (even if just a little bit!)
I’ll be completing my last resistance for Week 10 tonight, which is an abs workout. I tried to get up early and smash it out this morning, but my body wasn’t having a bar of it; it was cold, and dark, and our bed was SO cozy!
Week 10 arms smashed me big time, and had so many push up variations;
– Lay Down Push Up w/ Tuck Jump
– Decline Push Up
– Spider Push Up (worse than burpees, I swear!)
– In & Out Push Ups
Needless to say, I need to spend some time with my foam roller this weekend. I’m finding it a little hard to fit everything in, as I have a new commission I’m working on (details to come soon!), but I really need to make time for foam rolling, considering all the benefits!
